Turning HR Chaos into Clarity

The Challenge

For years, the company outsourced the creation of their annual Open Enrollment and Benefits Guide. It worked but it was expensive, generic, and disconnected from the organization's voice.

Bringing the project in-house meant one thing: do it better, and do it for less.

The stakes were high. This guide had to pass HR, Communications, and Executive review. It needed to tell a compelling story, align with the brand, and clearly explain complex information to hundreds of employees globally.

Our Role

We led the creative and strategic development from start to finish.

This included:

  • Designing a 27-page benefits guide that was both beautiful and practical

  • Collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and accuracy

  • Managing print and mail vendors for smooth physical delivery

  • Publishing a digital version to the internal SharePoint hub for year-round access

  • Structuring the content as a searchable, centralized knowledge base

Every design and content choice supported clarity, confidence, and long-term usability.

The Outcome

The launch was a success. The new in-house process saved the organization tens of thousands of dollars without sacrificing quality. Employees received a clear, engaging guide they could actually use—and revisit anytime.

By publishing the guide to a centralized SharePoint site, HR enabled ongoing access across the company. The content structure also laid the groundwork for future AI chatbot integration, giving teams a scalable, searchable foundation for employee questions.

Why It Worked

We didn’t just create a document. We built a system that works for people. With clear language, smart design, and a centralized content strategy, the guide became a trusted resource and a culture-building tool.
